In 1786, Peter Joseph Valckenberg founded the Valckenberg wine trading house in Worms, Rheinhessen. With more than 230 years of experience in the wine business, it quickly became an international player and a great amplifier for German wines around the world.
Ian SCUDDER holds the Advanced Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Prior to joining Valckenberg, he has spent 15 years importing and distributing wines from all over the globe. Ian resides in the Berkshire mountains in Massachusetts.
